“The Palms” is a light and airy, modern 3 bed detached bungalow.

It is well appointed to accommodate five people comfortably, offering two double bedrooms and a single (cot not included) with a family bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge/freezer electric cooker and hob, microwave, washing machine and plenty of cooking utensils and crockery.

The bathroom has a full size bath, wash hand basin, shaver point, low level WC and separate shower cubical with power shower.

Bed linen (duvet’s), towels and kitchen linen are provided however you are advised to bring your own beach towels etc.

The property benefits from oil fired central heating, as well as an inset multi-fuel stove in the lounge for those chilly autumn evenings, please note that a £20 per week heating supplement will apply from 1st November to the 1st March. There is a colour television with freeview, a DVD player and a radio/CD player.

Outside there are lawns to three sides however privacy is limited, a patio set and two steamer chairs. There is a private driveway with parking for two cars. In addition there is an art studio with an A0 drawing board for the artists amongst you, this room also can be used to store some beach equipment and wet suits.

Gorran Haven is a charming and historic Cornish village situated on the south coast Roseland peninsula three miles from the picturesque fishing town of Mevagissey. There is a safe harbour beach ideal for children, a village shop & post office, and local pub. There is a local bus service to neighbouring villages which can also be reached via the famous South West Coastal Footpath.

The world famous Eden Project is but 10miles north, the equally famous Lost Gardens of Heligan are but three miles away. The picturesque harbour of St Mawes and Fowey are 15 miles in either direction along the coast.

The nearest shopping centre is St Austell where there is a variety of shops and large supermarkets, a new multi screen cinema, together with a main line railway station. The cathedral city of Truro is approximately 12 miles south west, where there is excellent shopping, eating out and entertainment.
